What to do if the LPG forklift is not starting, especially in cold weather?
Firstly check the compression and spark. If they have no issue, then it will probably be a fuel problem. So start tracing from the Lpg tank to the bottom. So if you have a forklift that is a non-starter for specific weather conditions, look for the mixture screw on the Lpg, and get into the sweet spot.
How much LPG does a forklift use per hour?
Many factors contribute to the fuel efficiency of a forklift. One such factor is driver behavior because it directly affects fuel efficiency. However, on average, we can say that an LPG Forklift consumes 6lbs of Lpg per hour.
